In order to ship two no-longer-suitable-for-production tegras to developers (bug#672703, bug#673231) I took two power supplies from the not-yet-opened 40tegra boxes. This was instead of pulling the two power supplies from the production racks.
We should have some spares on the imaging desk. We should also have power supplies powering nothing, where the broken tegras used to be.

for bug#675699, I've pulled one tegra from the waiting-to-be-unboxed pile, and handed it to dougt.
I don't know what the difference between this bug and 669415 are if they're both Relops and assigned to me. Duping.
