Push server-core rpm-2.3-1 to reg/sreg. Fixes http basic-auth issue for passwords containing the ':' character.
sreg 0.5-1 is happy with new core.

reg 0.5-1 is unhappy. telliott looking.

SERVER_CORE=rpm-2.4-2 is the new deploy candidate (but makes a 2.4-1 rpm), but that still has a bug (s/ADRESS/ADDRESS/ in services/auth/mozilla_sreg.py).
SERVER_CORE=rpm-2.4-3 is good. and deployed to stage reg & sreg.
