Details
Let's remove all mentions of version numbers from the 3.6 snippets. To do that, l10n is needed.
Current: "Firefox 5 is here. Download today and put the web on fast forward."
Change to: Whatever new copy is decided in Bug 669679
Languages: All languages we translate snippets into. See this http://google_snippets.stage.mozilla.com/
Dates: Would be nice to have within the next two weeks, by 7/20.

Here's the final text string to localize:
"You're not on the latest version of Firefox. <Upgrade today> to get the best of the Web!"
