There seems to be no difference between OK and Cancel in the Server Quota dialog (Options > Sync > Manage Account > View Quota). They should probably be replaced with a Close button.
There is a difference: the quota dialog lets you disable engines so that you can free up data on the server. Clicking "OK" makes those changes happen, clicking "Cancel" reverts those changes. But I agree, the UX of the quota is suboptimal. That's because I designed it. ;)
Ah, I see! It didn't occur to me that those small checkboxes were actually checkable. I guess changing to normal system checkboxes might make it more obvious (or I'm just slow). :) Anyway, this bug is indisputably invalid so I'll go ahead and close it as such. Thanks!
