steps to reproduce: 1. Load https://addons.allizom.org/en-US/firefox/?browse=popular 2. Click on 'view all popular add-ons' expected behavior: https://addons.allizom.org/en-US/firefox/extensions/?sort=users loads observed behavior: https://addons.allizom.org/en-US/firefox/extensions/?sort=popular loads
That's because that panel is sorted by downloads.
