[ACR Extension] Compatibility UI is missing from the Add-ons Manager window in Aurora 7

Details

After upgrading to Aurora 7 from Aurora 6, there is no UI in the Add-ons Manager window related to ACR. I found a workaround to get it back which might provide clues to why it's missing... 1. Open Tools > Add-ons 2. Observe that there are no Compatibility buttons. 3. Click "More" on any extension. 4. Click the Back button 5. Observe that the Compatibility buttons are now present.
