1.Open PSM window by following the sequence, Tasks->Privacy & Security->
security Manager, it will open PSM window
2.Again Goto Navigator window and follow the same sequence of steps in Step 1,it
will open another PSM window. I think this should not happen
3. If we click on some tabs in the second PSM window, result is happening in
the first PSM window, nothing appears in the second PSM window..
Well I think the solution should go like any of these ways ..
1.If a PSM window is opened, PSM window should be made modal i.e it should not
allow to change the focus to Navigator window , unless you close the PSM window.
2.If the PSM window is already opened, then trying to open it should not open
another PSM window, instead focus should go to the already opened PSM window.

Making it modal is not the solution because the non-modality itself is a fix to
numerous bugs. bug 46253, bug 58417, and bug 54860.
Not sure about the second solution. Sending to PSM.
