this is needed to remove some baddons from the Most Popular column prior to impala 100%

This would not be good for db load or performance since it requires a join.

Can you cache an array of all the frozen add-ons and do checks against it separately?

I checked that frozen add-ons don't show up in Up & Coming section. However, I need bug 674374 to be fixed to check the same for featured extensions/personas
