local/ftp directory listings should remember sort type

1. enter a local URL (file:///home/username/), or an ftp URL
(ftp://ftp.mozilla.org/)
2. click any of the column headers at the top to sort the listings
3. double click on another directory
4. go back - the sort type is back to the default, it should remember the
previous sort type.

i would call this a major annoyance for anyone browsing through a filesystem.
... although it is the designed behaviour of some file managers (e.g., win2k)
But at any rate, not xpwidgets; -> xpapps
