User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux i686; rv:5.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/5.0
Build ID: 20110615151330
Steps to reproduce:
I started an e-mail, clicked Insert > Link and tried to paste an e-mail address into the Link Location field (cursor was in body of e-mail form).
Actual results:
With the cursor in the body of the e-mail, I clicked Insert > Link, then right-clicked in the Link Location window, but the program did not offer any options, such as Paste, and did not allow me to type in the Link Location window. It only allowed me to select a file.
Expected results:
I should have gotten the Paste option.

The context menu is broken in that dialog, should be fixed in Thunderbird 6.0.
For the time being, click into the field and use Ctrl+V as a workaround.
