User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64) AppleWebKit/534.30 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/12.0.742.112 Safari/534.30 Steps to reproduce: All i did was update to the latest version at the time. im not sure if a newer version has been released because the UI is all messed up now. Actual results: all add-ons no longer work. i cant get into the add-ons menu. the about nightly area where you can go to check for a update is broken as well, so i cant update. the address bar no longer works as a Google search. its basically just become a very basic web browser with very little additional functionality. Expected results: i shouldve just been able to update and still be able to use my browser without having to go and use internet explorer or chrome.

Have you created a fresh profile to test there?
Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.6; rv:8.0a1) Gecko/20110729 Firefox/8.0a1 I can confirm this, backbutton broken, app-tabs no longer there, history vanished, private browsing broken. ABP-button broken, Readthislater button broken. Created fresh profile, doesn't help.
My issue solved; compatib reporter add-in was hanging around, my bad.

No response from the reporter and there's not enough info in the bug report to even guess what the problem might be. If you still have problems, please open another bug.
