Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a few tabs (fig. 1)
2. Drag and drop the fourth tab out of the tab group downwards.


Actual results:

Part of the new tab group is situated outside the window.


Expected results:

The new tab group is placed entirely inside the window.

Interestingly, I can reproduce this bug if I have a group with two or more tabs in it and drag one of them to the edge of the window.
But if I have a group with only one tab and drag the tab to the edge of the window, I can't reproduce it.

    
    

    
  
I think bug 673196 is the same.
