Details

With Instant Sync the primary UI elements for Sync seem superfluous because in pretty much all cases Sync will have already have synced before the user gets to even push that button. (The only exception is users that only have one device connected to their account.)

Faaborg suggested that we might as well remove these UI elements (and I concur.) We might still want to expose a way for users to trigger a sync manually, e.g. for trouble shooting purposes. But we can bury that button deep down in the pref pane or so. Or on about:sync-log when we give it its own UI.
