Steps to reproduce:

scroll on page, especially facebook stops and takes what seems like a minute before it will scroll again, if it will.
The same thing with scrolling Left to Right vis ver on the Tabbar


Actual results:

page and tabs hang. Stop scrolling
worse ever with todays build (update)


Expected results:

Scroll.
