Details

Currently all accessibility related bugs are fired against General component what makes hard to get attention from accessibility team. Firefox has 'Disability Access' component and I find this really useful. Component description could be: Accessibility compliance bugs in Thunderbird: screen readers, magnifier tools support, user interface bugs affecting on disabled people experience. I would be grateful for better wording.
