Attached patch fix v1.0Splinter Review
That's because of wrong syntax:

static void LayerManagerD3D10::ReportFailure(const nsACString &aMsg, HRESULT aCode);

inside LayerManagerD3D10 class. 'LayerManagerD3D10::' should not be there.
