Please remove every topic apart from "mobile" from the KB, so we can start localizing the new clean list of topics.
Target Milestone: 2011-07-19 → 2011-07-26
To make sure I understand, is this essentially to write a migration that goes through all documents and removes all the topics assigned except for the case that the topic == "mobile"?
If that question was for me, then: yes. We only set the mobile topic. Everything else was used either for testing or was added by accident. Those should all be removed. Before we then export this verbatim and thus to localizers

So, as far as I can see this patch means that we have to wait till it lands on production, before we can assign any new topics, right?

That is correct, if you add anything before they will get wiped out. Hopefully that is ok :)
No problem, just wanted to make sure :)
Added test topics to this kb article in prod, verify all topics except mobile are removed after the push: https://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/testpage/
After push verified all topics were removed, including mobile. Mobile topics need to be re-added.

I thought "mobile" was the one topic that was supposed to NOT be removed?

It appears it was removed from the test article, can you check another article that had it?
