I'm not sure how we'd do this one. A-P uses sessions, so there's not really a username transfer going back and forth for Zeus to pick up. Account-portal going away makes changes here unlikely anyway.

For the record, in the Sync 2.0 world, this is where we'd use metlog or similar theories of logging, rather than trying to wedge it into Zeus. Leaving WONTFIX since a-p is dead.
