I have access to the prod database only as the 'breakpad_ro' user. Unfortunately, when new partitions of the 'reports' tbale are created, the
'breakpad_ro' user doesn't have read permission. This ought to be fixed.

No, this is strictly a back-end permissions fix.

Ok, fix written on dev. Waiting for SVN on stage to sync; will test there then.
