67118 - Mousing over Kelly Wiglesworth's name creates more instances of her name.

Description

Build 2001013004, Windows 2000, and Linux 2001013010. Simon Fraser saw this on
Mac, too, assuming XP.

Steps to Reproduce:

Visit the URL
http://netscape.eonline.com/Features/Features/Survivor_Outback/Court/010130.html
 and mouseover Kelly's name.

Expected Results:  

If they're using CSS or JS code, you would see either hover or a color change,
or nothing (expect the URL would be shown in the status field in the browser).

Actual Results:

Every time you mouseover her name, an additional link is created alongside the
previous link.  It doesn't stop.

It seems to be the related to align="left" in the first link, because if you
take that one out, then there's no bug.
