We're going to refactor the livemarks implementation so that livemarks items are not stored in the DB. For that, we're going to implement something similar to the old "dynamic containers" idea. The livemark service will provide the nodes for livemark items. For that to happen, nsNavHistoryResult must stop accessing concrete node classes.
