Hide the entire block if there are no demos.

If the user is looking at their own profile, give them a suggestion to submit a demo.

http://mozilla.focalcurve.com/mdn/profile-partial.php shows what this would look like to a logged-in user viewing their own profile with no demos or docs activity. We should finalize the copy since I expect most people will see this on their profiles.

- Add demos list to profile view
- Bugfix for robots.txt bug from Kuma stage
- Redirect old Demo Studio profile URLs to new MDN profiles
- Switch user name links in Demo Studio to point at new profile page.
- Hide "more by" demos list on demo detail page if there's only one demo
  by the author
- Modify submission_list partial to include optional submit button
