Browser has problems with creating
chrome\all-locales.rdf
chrome\all-packages.rdf
chrome\all-skins.rdf
and it stops on splash.
This happens on Mozilla/5.0 (OS/2; U; Warp 4.5; en-US; m18) Gecko/20010129 and
newer EMX builds.
Copying those files from older builds helps, but on 20010131 build messanger is
missed.

Copying chrome\overlayinfo\ solves messenger problem.
Browser still stops if some files not created inside chrome\

Problem solved by installing original nsprpub modules.
Used Javier's modules last 3 days for PSM testing.
