steps to reproduce:
1. Load https://addons.allizom.org/z/en-US/developers/addon/afrikaans-south-africa-dict/versions/ in Chrome 12
2. Try to upload a new version with the same version number (20071013)

expected behavior:
Adding a new version fails with 'Version already exists' error message

observed behavior:
Adding a new version fails with no error message.

Thanks for filing this.  Due to resource constraints we are closing bugs which we won't realistically be able to fix.  If you have a patch that applies to this bug please reopen.
