steps to reproduce: 1. Load https://addons.allizom.org/z/en-US/firefox/search/es?q=fire 2. Notice that 'FireICE' which is a lite-reviewed add-on is listed above public add-ons. expected behavior: Lite reviewed add-ons have lower weight-age than public add-ons observed behavior: 'FireICE' which is a lite-reviewed add-on is listed above public add-ons.
