Details
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/534.30 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/12.0.742.124 Safari/534.30
Steps to reproduce:
Tried to upload a new version of my add-on through google chrome (google-chrome-stable-12.0.742.124-92024.x86_64) on Linux.
Actual results:
Uploaded file, validation passed, clicked button to submit new version, button went grey, then nothing further happened. Tried twice, same result. Third time, tried through firefox, worked fine.
Expected results:
Add-on version should have been added successfully after I clicked the button.

Looks like a dupe of bug 671629. Error messages are not getting displayed in Chrome.

But, um, I wasn't trying to upload a new version with the same version number.
As i said in my bug report, I submitted exactly the same XPI through Firefox immediately after it failed twice from Chrome, and it worked from Firefox.

I was able to reproduce this. We should fix this in 6.1.6.

Is the "Javascript Console" in Chrome equivalent to the Error Console in Firefox? I'm looking at the Javascript Console after another failed attempt to "Add Version" with Linux Chrome, and it's empty.

No idea, but it sounds similar. Greg can check it out if he gets time this week

Hmm, I'm having trouble reproducing this. It works fine for me.

Krupa/Jonathan, I'm assuming this is still happening for you?

Yes, it is still happening for me. It just happened yesterday.
That screen shot doesn't prove anything. The problem happens after you click on the "Add Version" button. The button goes grey and then nothing else happens.

Ah, I misunderstood the problem. The "Add Version" button goes gray a few times; I just didn't go far enough in the process. I can reproduce it.
