Steps to reproduce:

When I close my Firefox with open 10 page, and then I close it and restart, the Firefox open just 3 or 4 my recent open tabs.



Expected results:

Open all tabs.

Has this just started happening recently? Is there any pattern to the webpages you had open before quitting? Are you using Google+?

Reporter, please can you confirm whether this issue is still reproducible when you start Firefox in safe mode or with a clean profile?
