Steps to reproduce:

I use Thunderbird with two data File locations  ... the ordinary data Files are on the Notebook "Local Folders", and I have created a "fake" account who store his files on a NAS. After a lot of problems, this works fine. But the fake account is some time listed on the top of the folder list, some time on the end of the list. When I have set up this configuration for the first time he has lost the files.     


Actual results:

But now it works fine, except teh fact that the list is some time NAS Files on top - local Files on the end of the list and some times local files on top .. NAS files on the end. 


Expected results:

The Folder List must be every time in the same order. 

I do also not know what will happens if the NAS is not connected.
