using 1/30 build of netscape 1) launch netscape 2) launch composer 3) enter some text 4) hit carriage return 5) repeat above two steps until caret reaches bottom of document once you get to the very bottom of document, just before the scroll bar starts to appear, notice the caret is at the edge of the document. There should be some spacing between caret and end of doc always. It just feels like there's more room to enter more text... See 4.x Composer behavior as an example. all platforms.

I don't think this should apply to only the end of a document, since there is often extraneous whitespace at the end of a document as it is being created. It should apply only to editor (and not to webpages, which also have an insertion point).
