Translation of SeaMonkey 2.0->2.2 Major Update page
It seems i don't have the rights to commit the svn file.
Justin, can you file a bug if you want us to translate a page for seamonkey, (like for example bug 666182). So everybody who follows dutch.nl@localizations.bugs can work on the translation. thanks

I apologize, I will in the future (I was under the impression all teams watched the newsgroups more than bugmail... but I guess I'll defer to "both" in the future)
