A bit of content programming. 

With this release on 8/16, please remove the Harry Potter promo from What's New and keep Android and Sync.

Slight correction - By this time Android and Sync will need to be changed to the new "Panorama" promo being created for this page. 

So, I'm going to mark this as a duplicate bug of 674033
