Details

Problem: When typing text into plain input fields (such as the search field at http://www.google.com/), Aurora mangles the order of what I type if I type it too quickly. So, when I type my last name ("soderberg"), I get "odrberg|es", with the flashing input cursor indicated by the | symbol. Workaround: None found. Parity: No other application on Android has yet demonstrated an inability to keep up with simple text entry. Droid 2, with a physical keyboard. Stock/latest OS, etc.
This sounds like bug 627019. Bug 634555 was a similar bug that was fixed. Perhaps a logcat of the issue that is appearing here, would be useful.
