On Basecamp, Jay mentioned the importance of a recommendation engine. He noted that this engine should list "content that might be of interest to the user based on some algorithm that combines their interactions with docs and demos + data gathered from their profile (like their badges)"

A recommendation engine is a big job. We can more easily suggest things based on tags I think.
