seen on all platforms

Steps:

1. Open Editor and type some text with typos (so that spellchecker gets some
   exercise)
2 Go to "Edit|Check Spelling"
3 When the spellchecker opens up(eith a misspelt word highlighted), first thing
to do is click on the "Edit..." button under the title "User Dictionary".
4 Click on the "Add" button
5 Observe that the window resizes
6 As a result, the CLOSE button is not seen and this window cannot be closed on
  mac.

expected: List should not change size and close button should be seen
setting to moz0.9.1 and cc kin

Definitely a XPFE/XUL layout problem.
Note that to test the bug, you must delete the file "custom.dic" in whatever
profile directory your build is using.

Note: We can work around this by inserting an empty item in the list, but it
would be better to fix bug 74467.

The workaround is easy -- will do for 9.1

Oops! This isn't the Spell Check dialog, this bug is on the Dictionary dialog!
This was already fixed.
