Details

Implement the basic group chat. Similar to the proof of concept we did during work week with a list of users in the side bar.

At the minimum:
1- bleach clean and linkify
2- show user joined and left messages
3- show messages entered by users
4- list of users in chat

Anything else? We can file separate bugs for cool enhancements such as highlighting mentions, tab to complete usernames, etc.
