Details

As mentioned in this bug [1] the localized article is marked as out of date and a warning is present on top of the page even though the corresponding English article was not marked as ready for L10n. Additionally the warning does not go away, even after the localized article is updated. The warning should should never appear in the first place and certainly go away once the localized article is updated and approved. [1] https://support.mozilla.com/en-US/forums/contributors/707087

Verified out-of-date warning does not display if changes to /en-US were not marked ready for localization, also verified that out-of-date-warning disappears after localized article is updated and approved.
