We need to verify cvan's new collections code. The spec is at https://docs.google.com/Doc?docid=0Acwo2Bn17-PrZGZudHRobnJfNzNmYjVjZ3Nmdg&hl=en_US This isn't enabled on preview yet (we need to set NEW_FEATURES to True in the settings_local). Suggested steps for testing: 1) Create "Legacy" collection containing all add-ons on https://addons.allizom.org/z/en-US/firefox/featured (or enough that you get coverage). 2) Make that collection the featured one for Firefox on https://addons.allizom.org/z/en-US/admin/features 3) Check pages. That should get you parity with where we are at right now 4) Check the more advanced features (locale stuff, etc.) in the spec.

I filed bug 677126 and bug 677125 for the features yet to be implemented. This page will also not be fully functional until ES is available in production. However, marking this fixed since this feature is now live in prod.
