I think we should seriously consider removing the right sidebar. The most important function there (the back button) is already well represented with a dedicated back button and the menu button gets us to the rest.
UX wise, it nets us several small but important wins:
* no more trying to lock sidebars when one is out
* hard to dismiss right sidebar without scrolling content
* enforces standard Android method of getting to auxiliary functionality (preferences, forward, bookmark, etc)

My apologies, forward and bookmark are not yet in our Android menu. We should probably add those there (perhaps at least bump site options).
