Operations work on integrating nightly setup environment for CI services work (auto_install_from_jenkins.sh), isn't clear to me what specific servers live in a given cluster. Can we have more clarity and documentation on specifics? A wiki page will suffice. See https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=672235#c1 Thanks, Tony

Summary: Explain what lives in auto_install_from_jenkins.sh → document how to find the hosts in the dev and test clusters for non-ops folk
documented the stage servers at https://intranet.mozilla.org/Services/Ops/StageCluster#Servers todo: dev and test clusters
todo: dev test stage beta phx scl2

I wrote a guide to crafting services hostnames. it's a bit dense to approach for the first time, but it covers everything i can find for the current state of affairs. This addresses the problem "how do we find the hostname for a server" https://intranet.mozilla.org/Services/Ops/Hostnames Still to address, "how do we know what's available in a given site". In lieu of formal documentation, the options in the Hostnames wiki are accurate as of right now.
Thanks for the updates Richard. I have been using this site: https://intranet.mozilla.org/Services/Ops/StageCluster to keep our Services QA site up-to-date: https://intranet.mozilla.org/QA/Mozilla_Services_Environment (for instance, I add the Stage VIPs) I will review the site listed in Comment 3 next and provide feedback as soon as I can...
added "real-world hostnames from staging" to https://intranet.mozilla.org/Services/Ops/Hostnames#Internal_hostnames which combines nicely with the MPT-VPN instructions at https://intranet.mozilla.org/Services/Ops/Network_Connectivity_Guide
