This copies the Makefile code from bug 659468 to preprocess the add-on install.rdf, so we won't need to bump it manually every six weeks.

Have you tested this on Android? I don't think we currently unpack the "distribution/extensions" folder from the APK. We do unpack "extensions" folder. We'd need to add "distribution/extensions"

Updated to install to dist/bin/extensions, and tested successfully on Android.

Someday we should change to "distribution/extensions" as that location allows for updates to add-ons from AMO. Those add-ons in "extensions" can't be updated via AMO.
