+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #524863 +++

Bug 524863 was supposedly fixed for Thunderbird 3.0, but I can reproduce what appears to be the exact same bug in current "Earlybird"
Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:7.0a2) Gecko/20110720 Thunderbird/7.0a2

I can also reproduce in Thunderbird 3.1.11 (installed via Ubuntu 11.04 package-manager)

Steps to Reproduce (copied straight from 524863):

1. Create a new account and launch [Thunderbird] with it
2. Cancel on all the new account setup prompts till all you have is the main [Thunderbird] interface
3. Click the "Write" toolbar button
4. Notice that "New Account Setup" wizard appears and DOES NOT provide an option of setting up an email account.  See attached image.

Duping back to the original bug, as it appears that its fix never landed on trunk & it's been reopened as a result.
