There is a php notice about a missing footer variable on en-GB/newsletter because part of its template was hardcoded in the page à la en-US instead of using a centralized template like other locales, making it bitrot over time.
I am going to update that page to fix this bug and avoid future issues

not worth fixing it given that it is minor and we will have to redo the pages in bedrock in the future
