1. Load https://addons.allizom.org/z/en-US/developers/addon/check-compatibility
2. Notice the options available for application and versions


expected behavior:
Only show apps/appversions which have compatibility tests

actual behavior:
Since this will available for developers, we should only list apps and appversions which have compatibility tests.
