Details

Some network telemetry data are highly influenced by particular preferences values, mainly by pipelining and potentially some others (we may have find them yet, but not in this bug). I think it is a bad idea to mess all data together when settings influencing them are different, we will not get objective data and we also loose a way to compare. I propose to have a way to tag data sent to us with values of selected preferences.
This change would require significant resources on the server side for what I think is questionable gain in reporting accuracy. Feel free to reopen if you have a compelling counterargument.
