Details
A few things should be added to make unsubscribing from emails easier:
- The footer should say why the user is getting the email (as in, which setting is checked that should be unchecked).
- A one-click unsubscribe link. Currently, they have to go to the prefs, uncheck and click "save.

I didn't do a "one click unsubscribe" yet, since with plain text emails the URLs are long and make the footer confusing and I didn't want people clicking it and unsubscribing by mistake. Once we do HTML emails, I will add one-click unsubscribe.
