User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:5.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/5.0 Build ID: 20110615151330 Steps to reproduce: I have in practice stopped using Firefox for any page on mashable.com because they very rarely loads properly. Most often I simply just get a blank white page, sometimes a page loads with out any CSS and very seldom a page loads correct. I have tried every trick in the book, forcing reloads of pages (almost never works), clear the cache, then reload doesn't help either. This is a problem I have had ever since Firefox 3.5 and for every new release I test if things have improved, but they never do. For FF4 I even did a clean install to get rid of any old setting, but it didn't work either. I have had similar issues for other sites as well, but those have been glitches that normal trial and error usually solved. However, the problems on mashable.com are persistable and wont go away. Actual results: Extremely few pages on mashable.com loads correct, most often its WSOD. Expected results: Pages should load correct as they do in every other browser I have installed, including Chrome, Safari, IE and Opera (all latest versions).
Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:5.0.1) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/5.0.1 I've been clicking around a while on http://mashable.com/ but haven't seen any obvious problems at all. Does the issue still occur if you start Firefox in Safe Mode? https://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Safe+Mode
OS: Other → Windows 7

Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; rv:8.0a1) Gecko/20110725 Firefox/8.0a1 Reporter, are you still experiencing this issue? Did you had the chance to try what was suggested in Comment 1?
@Simona: Yes, i have tried with Safe Mode and experience the same problems with that. What sometimes happens is that the first page on mashable.com I open works fine. But then if I open more pages, especially in new tabs, FF gets stuck. Often I can see that it does load content from their server, but when its finished the page remains completely blank. I have noticed since FF4 that I have had problems with that some CSS files aren't loaded on some pages, but in all those occasions a reload of the page fixed it - Except for mashable.com that is. So, at least confirming this issue remains in Safe Mode, we can rule out it is a extension problem...
Oh, another thing I can add is that ever since I have had this problem I have switched computer two times. First from an old Win XP box, then to a Vista box and now to a Windows 7 box. The problem has been the same on all three. Plus that I have reinstalled everything from scratch each time to make sure starting fresh. In the case of FF that meant just only transferring the bookmarks between the machines, then manually reinstall all extensions etc...
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 5.1; rv:8.0a1) Gecko/20110728 Firefox/8.0a1 I can not reproduce this issue. Thomas, if possible, could you please attach a screen shot or a screen video of the issue? Thanks!
Sure, I can make a screen video of this later today. What's the best way of uploading it? Upload it as an attachment? If so, what's the size limit? Is there any way I can generate a log file for the session as well?
The best way it will be an ogv format of maxim 15MB.
OK. Will hopefully be able to get time for this tonight. Otherwise i make sure I do it over the weekend. 15MB will be plenty of room I hope.
Reporter, any updates?
