Steps to reproduce:
Step 1 -- Install a french version of Firefox and use it
Step 2 -- Install nightly or Firefox 5 and use it
Step 3 -- Click on Bookmarks
Actual results:
Under the Bookmarks (menu bar), french labels (sub menus) are still there,
like "Marqués récemment"
Expected results:
All english labels
