673807 - "Edit Listing" is broken from Developer Hub for Serbian extensions

Steps to reproduce:

I go to https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/developers/addons and click on "Edit Listing" for my extension Vukajlija (this extension is supposed to have only Serbian language, no English). This issue started appearing a few days before 22. Jun, at the same time when Serbian language was for some reason removed from addons.mozilla.org. 

Also my extension (same applies for other Serbian extensions) used to be available at https://addons.mozilla.org/sr/firefox/addon/vukajlija/, now I get redirected to "en-US" page: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/vukajlija/


Actual results:

On this page "https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/developers/addon/vukajlija/edit", I get this:
"Oops! We had an error.
We'll get to fixing that soon.
You can try refreshing the page, or head back to the Add-ons homepage."

I don't know why /sr/ isn't on AMO anymore, but maybe Milos does.

I have asked Wil to remove `sr` from the list of active locales on AMO as we had and still have more than 50% of the content untranslated. We're gonna try to get some more people dealing with AMO translation and get this finally moving.

I tried contributing a month ago but my ~200 suggestions are still pending approval on Mozilla Verbatim. And I did email you (on your mozilla-serbia.org email) asking about this bug and the fact that Serbian Mozilla community website is broken in every browser except Firefox but you never replied :(

I can access the "Edit Listing" page now but I still can't edit anything. I get the message "Changes Saved" but it doesn't actually save anything I change. Should I file a new bug for this?

I tried with Chrome 12 and Firefox 5.0.
