Steps to reproduce:

open thunderbird 6.0


Actual results:

folders are broken

* Sometimes it shows "All folders" selected, but they are empty.  In this case, all other folder view options (e.g. recent etc) are always empty.
* Sometimes it shows "Recent folders" (e.g. forgot my last setting - I really don't want to always have to change folder view every time I open TB).

When I sometimes can get it to show folders (e.g. by closing and re-opening a few times) sometimes it won't expand folders (click on the [+] and it doesn't expand the tree node).

I was running Miramar beta fine, then one day I opened TB and it had updated to 6 and now it's basically unusable.


Expected results:

should have showed all my folders, like every other version of TB prior to 6.0 did.
