Is this only happening on Aurora or also on trunk?

Fist time I've noticed it on an earlier trunk version (I think it was Fennec 4), but I couldn't reproduce it again. It seems that it just happen. I hope that the attached files are helpful.

No, I didn't use Phony or any other user agent.
Looks like from about:home, then using the back button.
Cristian, what's your setting in about:config for browser.tabs.remote? I had some issues trying to go to web pages with that turned to false, however I did not get the application helper to appear.

I've checked in about:config for browser.tabs.remote setting and it was set on true. But when I've changed it on false, browser behavior is strange, pages don't load at all in new tabs, also tabs position alignment is horizontal instead of vertical. But it doesn't help to find some str for this issue.
The saved file result looks has a wap page to me with text/vnd.wap.wml mime-type, it looks like. It makes me wonder why you are getting that served sometimes.

Is this only happening on the Google.ro page or any random page?

It would be helpful perhaps to know what http headers Fennec is sending and what headers are received. No idea how to get those, though.

Try using the MobileTools add-on. It has an HTTP headers panel.
